If you need to visit us, we ask that you call ahead to discuss what is causing you concern and if your emergency can be managed at home. We will also ask you, some health-related questions, including if you have:
Tested positive to Corona virus—with no subsequent negative result,
Any recent Corona virus related signs or symptoms,
A compromised immune system or other medical concerns that may affect outcome if exposed to Corona virus such as diabetes, high blood pressure, respiratory or heart problems. (This includes other members of your household),
Been in contact with someone who has contracted or been exposed to Covid-19,
Have travelled outside of South Australia in the last 14 days, or;
Been instructed to quarantine yourself or self-isolate.
Can you please clean your teeth thoroughly before coming to see us. On arrival, we ask that you wait in your car and that only the person requiring our attention attends their appointment. In cases where a younger child needs to be accompanied, we ask that only one person accompanies them. All patients will be asked to wash their hands for 20 seconds then use a mouthwash.
