COVID-19 treatment restrictions.
With concerns surrounding coronavirus and in response to the latest restrictions from the Australian Government, there are some limitations in the number and type of procedures we are able to do.
We are currently at level 2 restrictions, which enables us to do many of our usual procedures, provided we undertake some additional precautions including social distancing, a pre-treatment questionnaire, have you wash your hands and ask you to do a pre-treatment mouthwash. It is important that you come to your appointment with clean teeth, as you will not be able to brush your teeth when you have arrive.
We are conscious that everyone’s treatment needs to be continually reviewed and any problems attended to. To achieve this, we are in the process of setting up systems that will allow us to monitor your treatment remotely. This will become particularly important if we need to return to level 3 restrictions at a later date.
